88-Year-Old Volunteer Contributes Over 700 Hours of Service

In Richmond, Virginia, 88-year-old Earl “Skip” Bottoms has become a pillar of his community through his extraordinary dedication to volunteer work. Over the past few years, Earl has contributed more than 700 hours of service, working with local charities, shelters, and food banks.
